Return & Refund Policy
We have a NO return policy, We DO NOT ACCEPT exchanges or cancelations which means if you decide you no longer want the product you will not be refunded.
Shipping & Delivery
Since we are a small business we are only shipping in Canada for now. Depending on the amount of customer outside of Canada we will be glad to change this policy.
For our Canadian customer typically it takes 1-5 business day to prepare your order. Once prepared it will take between 3-15 business day to arrive at your desired location.

How to Wash our Products
Washing:
Hand washing is usually the safest option for our crochet products.
If you must machine wash, apply a gentle cycle on the washing machine and use cold water and place items in a mesh laundry bag to protect it
AVOID BLEACH OR HARSH DETERGENTS
DRYING:
Air dry your products by laying them flat on a clean towel.
Do not wring or twist the item to remove excess water as this can distort the stitches
AVOID hanging our products to dry as gravity can cause them to stretch out of shape.
Other Caution:
We recommend you limit the amount of washes, as washing too much may cause the following:
- The product may unrivaled
- The yarn may get damaged if not washed correctly
- If not dried correctly, it may cause a fire hazard or damage the product
- If washing the product to frequently may cause the product to loose the shape and structure
Damaged & Lost
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
